Responsibility Has Its Rewards national sponsor TEAM Coalition joins the Nevada Department of Public Safety,
local law enforcement agencies and the Elko Motorcycle Jamboree planning committee in support of
the Ride Safe, Ride Smart, Ride Sober campaign. This Nevada-specific program
brings the RHIR campaign national traffic safety message
'Fans Don't Let Fans Drive Drunk' to the Elko Motorcycle Jamboree June 16 - 18 in Elko, Nevada.
Motorcycle riders attending the event were encouraged to make the Ride Safe, Ride Smart, Ride Sober pledge to
always wear a helmet, follow traffic laws, and never ride drunk.
Over 100 riders made the pledge over the weekend and many filmed their own safety message, receiving a copy on miniDVD.
All riders that pledged were eligible to win a shirt with the message: “You Drink, You Ride, You Crash, You Die,
Your ‘Ex’ Gets Your Bike…Bummer” as part of the Responsibility Has Its Rewards sweepstakes.
